Who we are
We don't manage real estate. We look after homes.
ERAM Group was founded in 2012 around a simple proposition: that renting in a city like Montreal should feel as personal as buying. We keep our portfolio intentionally small — a few dozen residences across a handful of neighbourhoods — so that the level of care never has to scale beyond what we can promise.
Every apartment is visited, photographed, and let by the same people. The same people answer the phone when something needs fixing. It is, by design, a small operation.
